I started to more earnestly explore sepia and
browning toning BW photographs. I have used brown toning on my Calla series, but now I'm experimenting with the landscape, mainly with trees. They have been
my favorite subject since I picked up a camera. They are essential to life on this planet; from providing oxygen and absorbing carbon dioxide to giving us all manner of fruits and nuts. They give us wood
for building shelter and furniture. And they do this without complaint, silently, with serenity. I find each tree unique, an individual, standing tall until the very end. Please help protect them.
