I never had photographed Calas before,  yet when I placed them in front of the camera it was as if I was shooting old friends.  These beautiful flowers seemed to pose for the camera.   From almost any angle they revealed another facet of their beauty. Truly elegant and graceful.  It's a shame they are not available year round.  Perhaps that's part of their allure.
